Prunus ‘Accolade’. Broadleaf deciduous tree, to about 25 ft (7.6 m) tall and wide, open and airy crown, spreading, twiggy, long slender branches which tend to droop. Bark is attractive, smooth, reddish-brown, marked with horizontal lenticels.

Owing to its parentage, this tree is one of the first Ornamental Cherry trees to come into flower in the spring time, producing its prolific semi-double pink.

Prunus ‘Accolade’ has a vase-shaped crown with horizontal, parallel branches and therefore grows to be reasonably wide. The tree grows up to 6 to 8 metres tall and 4 to 6 metres wide.
