Took Step 2 CK yesterday I am sharing my experience, before I start, I believe you should never believe the test is going to be like whatever you read in the internet, I think the test is different for everybody, and you should arrive with a good attitude when you take the test.
The permit disappearing does not mean you have passed, only that your scores will be released that Wednesday. Also please note that your permit will disappear if your eligibility period has ended so the ‘permit trick’ will not work for you if this has occurred. If Step 2 CK (or CS) is your last USMLE exam then you should be able to register for Step 3 through FSMB the week your scores are released provided.
